Tye operates a training center at Kabutsye in Kigarama sub county of Bushenyi district, Uganda, where it has coordinated all its schemes since Feb. 1996. The Secretariat that works from Monday to Friday is housed here for the add ministration of the project activities.
The project runs liaison Offices in Mbarara and Kampala
