The students use local and manual technology and do it themselves. The wine organically produced and sold under the organic label. Trading under Tye wine label, the product is testy with a sweet and rich natural aroma. This banana wine is identified with special properties like free of hangover effect.

The near future plan of FEES is to commercialize this wine enterprise using modern but simple technology. This will improve production capacity to enable commercial level transactions that widen the market to earn a premium margin. Time and energy used will also reduce considerably. This comprehensive production plan will raise enough resources to sustainably support the beneficiaries

 Pudding

This is a product made out of milk and eggs. It is sweetened with sugar. Natural scent and colors are used too. Although pudding is mainly eaten as a dessert in most communities, because of its appeal to the young, it is eaten as a snack similar to ice cream. Previously pudding was prepared by students as part of their menu but after realizing how marketable it was to students’ community, it came out as an innovation from one of the beneficiary students to commercialize it with in the schools community.   The enterprise is still held by the required infrastructure. It will be sold through the school canteen to top school around and other outlets.
