Our mission is to bring hope to the hopeless

Tye operates a Community Innovations Center (CIC) which coordinates a range of activities aimed at inducing young people’s minds to innovations. Tye Girls’ Sec which is one of the Tye’s activities supports less fortunate youth academically. The school also creates an opportunity for Tye to get enough time to influence the mind set of the youth.  FEES is a double edged tool established by Tye to offer trainee youth proffessional income generating skills while mobilizing required resources to support the program. FEES is executed through several micro schemes.

Because they have been left out by the social systems and yet they have to fend for themselves, these youth must be multi skilled to survive. The strategy of Tye is empowering them with a wide rang of skills over a long period of time. This helps them discover themselves and decide on what suits them most. Our hope is that they use these skills to propel and compete favorably for the top most market driven careers and become hot spot of development in their families and communities at large.
